Hello! Can anyone help? I'm having trouble uploading documents—8 of them were successfully uploaded, but now the files aren't uploading in any format, whether text or PDF. They just show a "waiting" message (see screenshot). I tried uploading from the website link, but there were no problems. The error occurs when uploading the document. The bot told me to wait 30 minutes, but I waited, and nothing else changed. I checked my credits, and everything is fine; I have 8 out of 200 documents. What could be the cause? Please help!!
