Hi everyone. I'm having a really hard time understanding how the flows work.
I'd like to create a flow that is at first guided (the Chatbot guides the user through specific steps, for example in order to capture their request and route it to the correct agent) and only after the user completes this flow the actual chatbot starts.
Is there any kind of templates I can follow? the templates available are only for external apps. Thank you

Hi Team, I have used the platform and it was amazing. My question is: if I ask the chatbot something like "Which model are you using?" will it expose the model details? Have you made it strict to not reveal the model, or is it the default behavior to expose the model name?
How does the chatbot widget work in terms of GDPR? Does it use cookies and what information does it collect? And do I understand right that the information collected is collected only when user sends the first message to bot?

Our AI has stopped working because all credits are used up. The problem is that we cannot purchase additional credits. In our plan, it clearly states that the credits are unlimited.

The YourGPT search widget doesn't appear to support flows, is that correct? Will it support flows in the near future? I have plans to use this search field throughout the site as I find it great.

Hello everyone, I’m new to this server and wanted to share that we attended a Google Meet demo session on Monday with Rohit Joshi from the YourGPT team. We are currently considering switching from Lookfor AI to YourGPT, as we have been using Lookfor for almost a year and have been very disappointed with their service. This has negatively impacted our reputation on Google and various social media platforms. As we transition to YourGPT, we may need assistance from time to time, so I hope this server will be a great resource during the process.
