Hello everyone. Can someone help me move the chatbot from my domain to my website so that only my website stays visible when the chat is used? We tried to fix this for a week but made no real progress. We don’t know what to do or what needs to be done.

I also would like to connect multible outlook email boxes. This so the chatbot can answer emails etc. This also needs to be connected to the same chatbot. How do I do this?

Hi everyone. I'm having a really hard time understanding how the flows work.

I'd like to create a flow that is at first guided (the Chatbot guides the user through specific steps, for example in order to capture their request and route it to the correct agent) and only after the user completes this flow the actual chatbot starts.

Is there any kind of templates I can follow? the templates available are only for external apps. Thank you

Is there a way to have triggers within studio for areas of a website visit, similar to how the triggers work on the widget page? I wanna have a scenario run when someone completes a sale so we can fire a scenario

Hi Team, I have used the platform and it was amazing. My question is: if I ask the chatbot something like "Which model are you using?" will it expose the model details? Have you made it strict to not reveal the model, or is it the default behavior to expose the model name?

How does the chatbot widget work in terms of GDPR? Does it use cookies and what information does it collect? And do I understand right that the information collected is collected only when user sends the first message to bot?

we need urgent support from an administrator.

Our AI has stopped working because all credits are used up. The problem is that we cannot purchase additional credits. In our plan, it clearly states that the credits are unlimited.

Right now, the system is blocked. Because of this, we cannot create any offers or continue our daily work.

Hi, did you by any chance miss a payment? It happened to me as well and even tho I paid it it still was bugged. You need to logout and login after paying
