tl;dr: I'm a middle man, and forward messages constantly between buyers and sellers in WA

I'm a cc (credit card) points broker. I help travel agencies reduce their costs by booking flights/hotels with cc points. For this, I have a network of people who have cc points they want to sell. They simply book a flight/hotel with points and I pay them for the points they used.

Here's the workflow:

1. I receive WA message from a travel agency saying "please book this flight with AirFrance points"
2. I forward this message to my announcements channel
3. a seller of cc points responds and says hey I can book it
4. once booked, seller sends me flight confirmation number that I forward to travel agency

How would you like to use AI in your process?

Ideally I'd like AI to manage the entire process with minimal intervention

but I think forwarding between different people is not possible with any chatbots. I just tried n8n and doesn't seem like there is such an action
