@Sahil How can I check how many are inquires are being replied in a day by a Human agent?
@Sahil I believe youa re talki about this but this not what I wanted. I wanted to how. No of tickets Tickets handled that day agent.
What I mean see how many ticket have replied to by an agents per day vs how many escalated to human. Not only human hand off as human handoff wont tell me the effectiveness of human agent.
