If you can provide us with the screenshot it would be really helpful, then I can guide to the logs accordingly and based on the logs we can analyse what is the actual issue.
hello @Andreas We are trying to replicate the issue you’re experiencing, but we are unable to reproduce it. Could you please share a few more chat examples where this problem occurs so we can monitor them as well? It appears there may be some extra escaping characters in the emails or messages that could be causing this issue.

Could you please try resending the email as well if you have any other conversations that were causing the issue? Also, please test with new messages and let us know if the problem persists.
