Is the Voice AI only working with the "Basic Prompt" given in this special field or does it also use knowledge bases?

Yes, it has access to the knowledge base.

@Sahil when i delete all infos from this prompt it doesnt know anything anymore.

on the other side the chatbots work great so thats why i was asking it doesnt seem to connect to the same knowledge 🙁

For me it is not using the knowledge base. Even when in the prompt I instruct the voice agent to use the knowledge base. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.
