Hi everyone. How do I delete multiple articles in the AI helpdesk? I've brought in hundreds of articles from Intercom but they're mostly wrong.
Hi @Sahil , Since there's no way of doing this I've deleted the chatbot in order to create another one.
Now, I'm having this issue:
Conflict: The domain or resource already exists, or there is a conflict with an existing configuration.
But the chatbot has already been deleted, and there was no way of deleting the domain beforehand.
Hi @Sahil so I'm not really sure what happened, but somehow we ended up with the domains mixed up. Basically what I've done now is just create the new Bot with the ai helpdesk but immediately changed to a custom domain. I've entered the values on our domain provider yesterday but still nothing. I'll wait a bit more
