Hi everyone, thanks to your help today I've managed to resolve the WhatsApp issue. I have only one remaining question regarding WhatsApp:

1. I can't send a template via the chat interface (screenshot attached)
2. When I select a contact and a template to send from the contact page, it doesn't actually send it (I have card attached to the WhatsApp account)
3. Same thing from the Studio; doesn't actually send the template therefore I can't create flows like "Select button 1 or 2" with routing
