Hey everyone We’re having an issue with our whatsapp channel, the whatsapp number is connected to yourgpt but we are not receiving any of the messages our clients send us (I tried to test it sending a message to our connected whatsapp number, the message send correctly but we do not receive it on yourgpt)



2 days ago we had basically the same issue, can someone help us? also what could it be related to?

Also @Rohit Joshi the studio flow doesn't work at all with whatsapp templates, so the flow I was talking about can't be done. Doesn't work entirely with any templat, with or without buttons

@Diezel I just got update from our team. They have fixed the Template issue. Could you please try sending the template which was giving error earlier?
