The customer query (https://chatbot.yourgpt.ai/dashboard/67c84978-3c9c-411d-8e01-b9d49304efd0/conversations/all/17913613253308646) was: “Missä tuotteissa on invecote creato?” English: “Which products have Invercote Creato?”

The bot recommended seven products, including: https://niini.fi/tuote/valmistujaiskutsu-a6/

The main issue is that “Invercote Creato” appears in the retrieved source chunks even though it is absent from the current HTML of the source pages. The term has been there earlier, but it is now absent. The reindex has been made after the change.

Additional checks performed today:

• Direct HTTP fetches of all eight source pages found no occurrences of “invercote”, “invecote” or “creato” in their current raw HTML, including after decoding HTML entities and Unicode escapes
• For the A6 page, the same result was obtained with and without the trailing slash, with utm_source=bot, with a browser User-Agent, and with a Cache-Control: no-cache request header
• The A6 page contains a general paper-options popup, but its current content does not mention Invercote Creato
• Around 12:41 UTC, the A6 response contained a WP Rocket cached@1791376417 marker and Last-Modified: Wed, 07 Oct 2026 12:33:37 GMT
