The notifications are actually working. It might be an issue related to your project or device settings. We just tested it, and other users are receiving notifications successfully.

Could you please check if notification permissions are enabled on your device? We need to verify why they are not appearing in your app and whether it could be related to a specific Android version issue.

Actually many times the chatl notifications don't work either

Sometimes it does other times it does not

Live chat = handoff

Can you disable this and then test it?
