You can achieve this by using custom branding. Simply inject your own CSS and JavaScript to control how the chat widget appears.

Could you provide the same you have for yours so we can just copy it.

You also have translation available in the widget - how do we enable this?

The widget is solved - but if you can tell me how to enable translation would be great.

You can enable the translation feature from the top section of the widget settings page
