Hi. I am trying to set up a WhatsApp campaign. We have an approved template with a {{customer _name}} mapped to {{CONTACT.name}}. I have tried sending to a few contacts in the contacts directory, but keep getting failed sent with no further information. On Meta’s end, I see no errors either. It seems it might be due to phone formatting, but I have no way of knowing. How can I further debug this problem.

hello @Filamonkey Could you please share your project URL so I can check this for you? Also, let me know if you’re encountering any errors or if there’s no response when performing actions related to the WhatsApp campaign.

Hi Sahil. Thanks for your response. I've sent you a DM with the URL. There was an intial error to to insufficient Campaign credits, but once I purchased the credits, the error wasn't shown.
