We do support bots with multiple different integrations so they can run across various platforms. For email, you can enable the email integration directly from the Integrations section.

You can also connect Meta apps. However, I’m not fully clear about what you meant by having the same bot connected to multiple Messenger or Instagram accounts. Could you share a bit more detail about your use case so I can guide you better?

I have multiple accounts, like uazparts.nl, uazparts.de uazparts.com etc. They are all the same company but they are all different accounts for each country.

My dream would be to centralize all support and messaging. So all emails, all socials media messages, alle whatsapp, all messenger messages in one place. With a first level of AI support in it.

You can add this as a feature request, since it’s not currently supported in the system. This would require a review from our team because it involves system-wide changes.
