I’d like to filter the messages by individual channels, such as WhatsApp or email. Is there a way to filter them using the condition block?. <@&1318570271330009119>

hello @Gergo You can add a condition using Session.integration_id:

  • 19 for Email
  • 13 for WhatsApp

We are currently improving this workflow so all integrations will be visible here for easier configuration.
