Is there a problem with the WhatsApp API ATM. Our bot doesn't show any incoming messages. Last message received over 15 hours ago.

Can you please verify that your Connected Phone number is active and in healthy state. You can verify this by visting the Integration -> Whatsapp page.

Just to confirm again the issue that message from Whatsapp was not even coming to the chats and no issue with AI Agent ability to respond back to incoming messages?

No messages would come to the chat, so the AI Agent didn't respond. If you contacted the WA number, the message would be sent, but no reply was received. I don't think it was an issue with the AI not being able to respond, just that messages didn't get delivered to it.
