hello @Gustinas Can you tell us more about your use case?

We scaled quickly before properly setting up the tagging systems, and received a lot of user queries explaining our app's bugs/asking for features. Like hundreds and hundreds. Going through it manually, and tagging it manually would take ages - so if an LLM would go through each chat, tag the chat accordingly ( bug/feature/refund/cancellation/other) -> we'd have a much better picture. Also, within bug/feature, it could do a subtag of the speciifc bug/feature.

We could do this ourselves, if there was a possibility to download chats in bulk, or setup such system in yourgpt
