There isn’t a way to export all the conversations at once. Could you please share your complete use case with us? That will help us provide the most suitable guidance or workaround.

The customer wants to export the conversations to be able to be able to analyze them in more detail. I guess they are trying to find the different topics from the conversations that the customers are asking about.

@Rohit Joshi, could you also clarify what are conversations and queries in the overview?

Conversations are the total sessions Queries are the total messages asked by the user

We do have Intents feature in the dashboard itself that does the same, you can check the topic in detail.

Thank you Rohit. As on some bots the number of total conversations is higher that the number of queries, it indicates that the bot is opened without sending any message to it?
