The flow isn't restarting by itself — the Yhteydenotto intent is being detected again on the next message. Intent detection is handled by the AI: it reads the incoming message and decides whether it matches one of your intents, and in the conversation we checked "Ei. Kiitos" was matched as a new contact request, which starts the flow from the beginning. Because that decision is made on the message alone, it doesn't track whether the flow has already run in that conversation, so a rule like "don't trigger if details were already collected" can't be enforced from the intent description. The check needs to sit in the flow instead: set the "Store into" field on the Form node (it's currently empty) so the submitted details are saved, then add a Condition node before the form to check whether they already exist — if they do, send a short confirmation and end the flow instead of showing the form again.
