We’re facing two issues in our bot flow configuration:

When we use a button bubble to trigger an event, the bot does not respond based on the intended intent if the Session Created event is configured initially. We also tried adding conditions and tested this with Rohit on a call, but it still didn’t work. Could you please advise on the correct setup or workaround for this?

In the flow where we capture a variable, when the input type is set to “YourGPT typing”, the typing bubble does not appear for the user. Could you help us understand why this is happening and how to fix it?
