Hi @Î'll_ÅbDüct_yœ , I ran the Shopify flow and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you described. I’ve attached an image of the order status code — can you check if your implementation matches this?

Rohit, since this system is quite different from the one we’ve been using (LookforAI), as you’re aware, we’re still getting familiar with it. The previous setup was based on a MAS architecture, whereas YourGPT, as per our understanding, operates on a single-agent system with AI Studio scenarios.

Given this shift, this is a completely new process for us. We’ll need your support or someone with your technical team in discussing and resolving even the smaller issues and uncertainties we encounter during this initial phase. We’d really appreciate staying closely aligned as we navigate and adapt to this system. If possible is there any other way like Whatsapp Grp to discuss everything closely?
