hello @Diegocastanedo You can achieve this using the Auto Resolve setting under General Settings. You can also use the Resolve Session action in Studio to trigger a flow. Check the condition and send follow-up buttons or messages.

Hello @Sahil is there a workflow so that it does not send the same follow up message the second time in case they stop replying

You can add an AI Response node there and instruct the AI agent to generate the reply message, then use that response in the workflow.
