I've recently configured 24/7 for Set Chatbot Availability, but it's not working from 0-8 AM at GTM +7 (Asia/Bangkok).

We did set it to stop at 0-8 AM before, but now it should work all the time. Can you help me check?

Yeah, I think adding some brief guidance there would help. If you don’t want any time-specific availability, you can simply clear everything, uncheck all the time slots, and save — that will make it available 24/7. I’ll update the team about this. In the future, if needed, you can just select the days and add the available time ranges again, just like you did earlier and just save the settings.
