Hi Team,
We do not want the gmail.com or yahoo.com as submissions on the chatbot. Is there a way that only after adding a business email they can submit this?
- THIS IS the conversation that despite adding gmail.com it is capturing those ids.
i did some trial and error but getting the same issue even if i remove the pre chat form
- when i tried studio ai today- i got this error midway.
Now i am unable to build this
I have updated the flow. It seems you've removed the studio session event; the rest of the flow seems to work fine.
You can first test it inside the emulator with all the cases. After that, you have to publish that flow to be used with the production widget. Also, please disable the lead form, as you are going to capture it using the studio. You can also ask for the name there.
We also have an event for contact creation, which actually creates the contact with the captured email and data only if the email is valid and not a temporary email or one with the "+12@" format. This will add the lead as a contact to your system if you create a contact; otherwise, it will not.
Meanwhile, if we will be shipping that custom validation option in the pre-chat form, then you can disable studio and directly use that for the visitor. We are planning to ship it by today or maybe early next week.
@Sahil Additonally,
I deleted the AI Studio workflow as we were not getting desired output. But despite deleting that- the workflow is still live and the chatbot is still asking about the business email insted of directly starting with the pre-chat form. (FYI- I have enabled the pre-chat form)
you can check the bot live on osmos.ai
@Peeyush @Rohit Joshi @Sahil Can someone please solve this on priority? Despite deleting the entire workflow and also disabling AI workflow- the chatbot is still asking for business email id on chat (there is no mention of this in the training)- Can someone please look into this.
It's been more than 12 hours since the bot is following this
