You can sync every conversation from YourGPT to Pipedrive using our Webhook integration.

Here's how to set it up:

Step 1: Set up Webhook in YourGPT

1. Go to Integrations → Webhook
2. Click Add New Webhook
3. Enter your webhook URL (you'll get this from an automation tool like Zapier, Make, or Pabbly)
4. Select the events you want to track:
   • Message Received – triggers when a user sends a message
   • Message Sent – triggers when the chatbot responds
   • Contact Created – triggers when a new contact is created
5. Toggle Enabled and click Create

This way, all your conversations will be recorded in Pipedrive in real-time!
