@Sahil why is it that certain steps run multiple times in a loop (e.g. I'm being asked email multiple times, refund note is mentioned multiple times) even though they are purely sequential in the Studio UI?
I don't understand why does it say that the previous flow ended if there is another block connected after the email block?
I removed almost all data entry fields because of this since the user experience was horrid - users would end up needing to enter their email multiple times over and over again. Yes, that is one of them. It at times starts going in a loop instead of going to the next block. Here you can see a users example from a slightly older version:
