Hello @Oskari What model are you using try switching to other to test, also is this issue only with this bot, are you running any studio flow in this?

Just the bot, Gemini 3 Pro Preview. Other models work well

Bot shows loading indicator but it disappears and the time to show the result is appx. 1,5mins

Could you try enabling the streaming option for the widget and check again (Widget-> General setting)? It seems the model is taking longer than usual to respond.

I reviewed some of your recent conversations and noticed that web search is enabled, which could be causing the delay in responses, as searching and generating results takes additional time. Response time can also vary depending on the model being used.

If you have any conversation where web search was not triggered but the response was still slow, please share it with me. I will forward it to the development team for further investigation.

Ok. Which would be the easiest way to display message to the user after he sends the message so that he knows that the answer takes some time. The process would be: User sends message -> Bot prints message "Please be patient" -> Bot generates the answer

Actually when checking conversations view on backend it seems to take a minute for the web search function to activate, @Sahil...
