It is working for some people & for some the chatbot does not respond- shared in the video.

@osmostgdrxvgbdrxcv Have you checked whether any session throttling or limiting is enabled, or if you’ve received any notifications about it? That could be one of the reasons for this issue. Also, are you able to reproduce the issue again?
