Hello, we are experiencing an issue with our chatbots. Our flows are live, but whenever a user triggers one, it fails without any clear reason. The problem appears to be related to tokens: we encountered the same issue 2–3 weeks ago, and increasing the token limit resolved it. However, since the token limit has been reached again, the issue has returned.

Also, regarding the screenshot you shared over email—could you clarify what exactly is going wrong there? From an initial look, it doesn’t seem related to token limits.

Hello @Sahil , actually the problem is with the flow. The intention is detected, the user communicates his email and this puts a message "Please provide valid email" and this problem occurs in all conversations. This issue had already been reported, and you had added 10M of credits to us; the problem had been resolved until we had exceeded this number of credits. We currently have 210M+∞

hello @Otter I’ve checked with the team, and it seems your organization’s plan credit limit has been reached. That’s why the bot is not responding properly. To keep it working without interruptions, you’ll need to purchase additional credit add-ons for your current plan.

Hello @Sahil ,ok, I understand, but our token limit is "infinite" in our dashboard. And, the robot responds correctly. There are just flows that don't work.

hello @Otter The usage you are seeing above the limit is due to a bug our team recently identified, where some users are able to continue getting usage even after reaching their plan limits. We are currently working on a fix and expect it to be resolved soon.

Your current plan limits are already been consumed. Additional usage is only available through add-ons, allowing you to extend the limits based on your needs.

@Sahil Hmm, okay, I understand. My manager told me that this limitation had been discussed with you when we subscribed to our plan. This complicates things, because we would need to purchase 20 add-ons to make up for those additional 40 million tokens. Moreover, our clients using these chatbots are now facing complaints from their own customers due to the flows not functioning properly.

Given the situation, would it be possible for you to make a commercial gesture regarding this issue?
