hi! we have connected our whatsapp number to the yourgpt platform, when the contact (our client) has exceeded a certain number of messages they can send to us, they receive a "Sorry, you've reached your message limit" message from a bot

i dont understand where that message comes from, we didn't set that up. can someone help me out with this? to remove it and prevent it from happening again?

It seems like this message is related to the throttling setting. Could you please check your chatbot's throttling setting and remove the throttling message or extend the limit. Under General -> Security -> Throttling Settings
