We use YourGPT with crisp chat. One limitation that we are finding is that when our human team contributes to a chat (via the crisp chat interface), that part of the conversation is lost to YourGPT. When we hand the conversation back to the AI, it answers inappropriately due to having missed that human part of the conversation. Is there a way to solve this? Perhaps we can tweak our config somehow? I've looked at having my team use the YourGPT conversations, but the ability to chat there seems to be disabled by the integration.

hello @brett013 We’ve added a new option in the Crisp settings called “Operator Message Sync.” Please enable it and test again.

Thanks. I have enabled the new option. What difference should I notice? And where will I see evidence of the effects? Or are the effects happening 'under-ther-hood' and the difference I'll see will be in YourGPT having full context now?

Many thanks for adding this feature. I trust other crisp users will find it handy too.

From a "Previous messages limit" and "Knowledgebase Nodes" perspective, what are recommended settings with this new functionality please?
