Hello we're experiencing some problem with the whatsapp integration - the number is correctly connected and the majority of the messages get sent, but sometimes they dont, giving us a "Failed to deliver" error (look at the screenshot) and we always have to individually re-send each failed message
It started happening very rarely but know it basically happens with every chat we have + we have an automation which sends a message as soon as the contact send us the first message to open the chat, and that also doesn't get sent as well
What could be the cause of this?
