WhatsApp integration. The process seems to be completed, but we get an ‘invalid parameter’ error and the connection does not work.

hello @Marco Vescovi
Can you share your project link? Also, where exactly are you encountering the error? A short video would be really helpful.

hello @Marco Vescovi Have you previously connected your WhatsApp account to any of our bots, or is this your first time setting it up?

I’ve checked the functionality, and it seems to be working correctly for accounts.

Could you please try connecting it again? This time, it would really help if you could record your browser console along with the process in a video. I’ll review it and assist you while you test it again. Let me know if you’re able to try this right now.

This is the console. Probably the accunt has been connected to a bot.

hello @Marco Vescovi It seems like the issue is coming from the account you’re using.

'Cannot create certificate', 'Please ensure that two-factor authentication is disabled.',

This typically occurs during the registration or migration of a phone number to the WhatsApp Business.

is this the case ?
