I need help with one of my flows. I set it up so that the bot sends one message if the client writes from WhatsApp and a different message if they write from email. However, the bot does not send the custom messages I configured.
In addition, the bot always replies using the knowledge feature, even though the knowledge base is empty, or it responds with random answers, despite the prompt specifying that it should not reply.
Please help me with this as soon as possible.
