First message after handoff is not answered When the Crisp workflow hands the conversation to YourGPT (session data interaction = YourGPTAIBot, "Wait for interaction" ON) at the moment the visitor types free text, YourGPT does not answer that message in some cases, only the next one. Is there a way for YourGPT to answer the message that triggered the handoff?
Response latency In the YourGPT playground the agent answers in 3–4 seconds, but via Crisp the visitor waits about 13–20 seconds for the same answer. Can you check the Crisp integration latency for our project?
