Yes, it’s added at the organization level. If you log in to that account, you should see two organizations there — one with the Essential plan and the other without it.

The subscription is added to the organization associated with the account that made the purchase. The account you’re currently checking is an invited member’s account, which doesn’t have a subscription on its own organization.

You can invite members to an organization, and their access is managed through the organization they’ve been invited to. You can check this from the organization settings as well.

so the creator is the one that should make the purchase not an invited account and when one invited acount make the purchase it make it on his default orgnaization??

To manage the billing and subscriptions of another organization, you must either be invited as an organization member with billing access or be the owner of that organization.

Currently, you have been invited only to a specific project, so you don’t have access to the rest of the organization. You’ll need to be invited as an organization member. Once you have access, you can select the organization and manage billing and subscriptions from the Organization Settings.

Yes, but before subscribing, you need to select the correct organization from the dropdown and then proceed with the subscription. By default, the default organization is selected.

You can also see the organization name displayed on the billing page to confirm that you’re subscribing to the correct organization.

There’s currently no direct option to transfer billing to another account. You’ll need to cancel the current subscription and then subscribe again from the other account.

Or you can be the owner of the organization, then you will have all the access.
