Hi YourGPT team—we’ve reproduced a crawling issue with our Shopify store, CameraStuff.

This URL shows 404 / “Page not found” in a normal browser: https://camerastuff.co.za/products/camerastuff-sound-absorption-acoustic-foam-panels-with-pyramids-x-6

However, Advanced Training → Test URL captures our homepage, showing the Godox AD600BM II hero. Training Audit also retrieves homepage sections—blogs, brand links and footer content—labelled with that missing product URL.

We reproduced the preview with both 1ms and 2,000ms crawl waits. Increasing the wait didn’t correct it.

Could you please investigate and confirm:

  • The crawler’s response status, final URL and redirect chain.
  • Whether any fallback sends failed product URLs to the homepage.
  • Whether failed retraining retains previously indexed content.
  • Whether there’s a reversible way to disable a source and exclude its existing content from retrieval.

We haven’t established whether this is crawler behaviour or our storefront responding differently to crawler requests. The problem is that homepage content is being attributed to a missing product page.

I can share our project and source-node IDs privately with a staff member—please let me know your preferred support route.
